Rich Danby

With no previous experience in real estate, Rich profited over $65K on his very first property after buying it, fixing it and selling it a year later. He then used the profits to buy multi-units. This is where his passion for real estate began!

Rich has been buying and selling his own real estate for the past 15 years, all while working full time as a TV Producer/Director. After the birth of his third child in 2009, Rich decided it was time to finally turn his passion for real estate into a career. He started his own business in November of 2010, creating Rich Ottawa Investments Inc. (ROI). He has also joined the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) and has become a member of the Business Network International (BNI).

In addition to starting his own company, Rich teamed up with Golden Oaks on a land development project and worked as the VP of Acquisitions for Golden Oaks Enterprises Inc. and Rent 2 Own Canada.
