Vishal Rawat

Vishal Rawat, a native of India, migrated to Canada in 2004 from the Middle East where he worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the field of Gas Distribution Projects for 7 years. In the initial years he struggled to find the right job and soon realised that by becoming a HVAC technician is the way to get a better job. Thus started the introduction to the world of real estate as the installer of HVAC systems in new home construction. The urge to do better in life financially after a lay-off gave birth to the Sunnyside Heating and Cooling, a HVAC company.

The education in Real Estate formally began after reading the Rich Dad Poor Dad and other Robert's books in 2009. Later on Vishal did the 2-day weekend course by Trump Initiative and 13 hourly Mentor coaching lessons from Rich Dad in 2010 during which he joined the OREIO. After these formal educations on RE Vishal bought his 1st cash flowing real estate property in May 2011.

As a way to give back to the organisation which gave him so much to learn and network, he immediately started to volunteer as a on-line publicist & at membership and guest sign-in tables. When the opportunity to serve as a executive in OREIO came up he took it and is hoping to making lasting and usefull changes in the organisation.
