Mike Bonito started his professional carrier as a network administrator after graduating from CEGEP with a computer science degree. In his first job he had the advantage to work with many different IT systems giving him a solid foundation in both the technical and programming side of IT.

It was also during this time Mike picked up a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Having already started a small IT consulting businesss he learned how just how much he didn’t know. Mike also realized why that real estate was a good investment and spent the next 3 years acquiring enough money to purchase his first rental property. In 2004 Mike first investment property and 1100 hours of reno’s later it was rented and cash flowing.

Mike has continued his education of real estate by completing several Real Estate courses including joining OREIO.

Looking to the future with his wedding around the corner, Mike has acquired his second rental unit in Ossgoode and is planning acquire more property in the coming years and learn about rent-to-own types of investments.
