Doris Belland

Doris is a real estate investor with six years of real estate experience and nineteen years of business experience. Through her own purchases, she has developed expertise in all aspects of real estate investing.

After developing her own portfolio of buy-and-hold properties within her own corporation – Felicis Holdings Inc - Doris joined forces with a fellow investor, Peter Jacobs, to create Blue Ribbon Partnerships, a company specializing in getting above-average returns for their Investors and Joint Venture Partners through their Rent To Own Program. The latter eliminates many of the costs associated with traditional real estate investments.

Integrity, creativity and attention to detail have all been strong factors in Doris’s success.
