We kick off the September 2008 meeting with a 'How to buy real-estate' Round Table. The October OREIO meeting will introduce a local builder who will take us through the ins and outs of the building process. Learn what a real-life builder does when they invest in real-estate from beginning to end. Can you make money doing this as well? Come find out!
Anyone who has ever applied to evict a tenant knows how tough the tribunal forms can be to fill out properly. June Carter from Dickie and Lyman will be showing us about how to fill them out to ensure our evictions get handle properly... the first time.
This month we're also introducing a new addition to our meetings called "True Life Survivor Stories". Members will share with everyone the challenges and hardships they endured while investing in real estate, how they overcame them, and what lessons they learned.
