- Analyze deals like a pro - Joanne Beehler, President of Spirepoint Properties, will explain how to analyze a real estate deal like a professional investor
- Find the best deals - Julie Knowles, a realtor with Royal LePage, will explain how to find the best real estate deals in the Ottawa area
- Inspect a property - Mary Lee Smith, a property inspector with Home Team Inspection, will explain how to inspect a property and identify major problems to avoid when purchasing an investment property
