The December OREIO meeting will introduce George Dube, an accountant who specializes in serving real estate investors. George hails from southern Ontario where he advises other real estate investors. He will be walking OREIO members through a high level discussion of structuring their real estate portfolio as well as talking about capital gains versus. income. The capital gains versus income presentation is good for both new and experienced investors as most aren't aware of some of the issues. George will also be scheduling appointments with interested investors who need specific advice for their business.
