Connie Nedergaard is currently the President of Staged N Sold, a national home staging company, providing services to home sellers across Canada, helping them sell their homes more quickly and for more money.
With her love of the Real Estate industry and her Interior Design Education, it was clear why Connie became a Realtor in 2003. As a Realtor, assisting families in finding their dream home although rewarding was somehow not enough. The routine of turning clients "homes" into a "product for sale" was often heart wrenching for both Connie and her Clients. Connie's eagerness to ease the transition of moving for her clients, led her to a career in Staging.
With the desire to learn more and share with others in 2006, Connie continued her education and obtained her ASP Masters Designation taught by Barb Schwarz, Creator of Stagedhomes.com in Concord California. In July 2006 she returned to Chicago and was hired by Barb Schwarz, Stagedhomes.com as an Official ASP Course Trainer for Stagedhomes in Canada serving Ottawa, Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg giving her an even greater opportunity to help people change their lives.
How to Close
Chad Boyd has been practicing real estate law in the City of Ottawa since 2002. After working at a number of prestigious law firms in the City, Chad started his own successful law firm in 2007.
During his 6 plus years of practicing real estate law, Chad has closed hundreds of real estate transactions both big and small. Chad has acted for individual home buyers, real estate investors, and developers. As a result, Chad has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area of law that he is always willing to share.
How to Sell
John is a Realtor with Royal Lepage Team Realty his background includes 20+ years as an appraiser with CMHC both here and in St. John's Nfld. and approximately 10 several years selling commercial and residential real estate.
There is not much John hasn't done in the field of real estate he has been an Appraiser, an Inspector and Mortgage Underwriter and now as a real estate agent he specializes in the sale of Multi-Family Residential buildings. He is a regular contributor of articles for the Ottawa Regional Landlord Association's magazine ORLA. His first wife has stayed with him for 35 years as of March 14, 2009 and together they have raised three adults and are showing them how to raise four grand children.
How to Creative Sell
Ken Beaton has been actively investing in real estate since 2002. As President of ARCA Real Estate, he spends much of his time hunting for "deals" and especially loves the "hunt and kill" - or closing the deal. His other passion is mentoring. Ken has successfully mentored more than 75 students, teaching them the ins and outs of real estate investing, and working with them to develop the confidence they need to "get in the game". His other claim to fame is his creativity. A regular contributor to Darren Week's Inner Circle Newsletter, Ken writes monthly articles with a creative look to things.
