Just to clarify some information about the changes that are being
made on MLS as of May 15th which was brought up this evening. This
is concerning the MLS information sheets received from a realtor.

The Real Estate Board is making the following changes as to how
listings are entered by the listing representative:

1. Duplexes and doubles can be added under multi-family.  Currently
multi-family only allows triplexes or more units.  What this means
hopefully is that we will gain more required information on duplexes
instead of finding it only in the remarks section.

2. Residential multi-family maximum number of units changing to 4.
Currently up to 6 units are allowed to be entered here.  All
existing apartment units four units or more are going to be
automatically changed to "Fourplex" until the listing agent corrects
this info.  5 units or more will be entered as commercial.
