I am often hearing concerns about the interest rates going up and the
market cooling off.  A News Release received from the Ottawa Real
Estate Board reports that more sales were recorded in the month of
April 2006 than in April 2005.  These sales include an 8% increase in
condominiums.  The average sale price this April is 6% higher than
April 2006.
