Hi.
I have a 2 bedroom lower duplex(main floor and finished basement) for
rent as of March 1 if the person interested  is OK  with this.
Located in Little Italy. Rent is $1050 and includes water, heat,
washer dryer, fridge stove and 1 parking spot. Clean and well
maintained by present lady tenants.
