Hi everyone,
In the last month, I have received a number of calls and emails about challenges that you're having with the renewal process online. The Executive Team asks for your continued patience with all web-related problems. We have been working very hard since we took over just six weeks ago to address a heap of challenges. At the next meeting, we will share some of the details of this work and what it will mean for you once everything is implemented. There is a lot of work to be done and a number of glitches to address so please bear with us.
If you should receive an email saying that your membership has been canceled, simply email us and we will get to the bottom of it. Please note that if you make a payment on Paypal, it may take some time for our system to recognize it and update your file.
Our goal is to have the website and all its related functions running smoothly by September. In the meantime, we appreciate your help in bringing errors to our attention.
