The Executive is looking for a place to host the Annual OREIO BBQ. Our date is set for Monday, July 13th, 2009, and the caterer is ready - we just need a venue. We have 2 options - find a spot with shelter (in case of rain) and then we won't be able to have alcohol at the event, or, one of our members with a suitable yard volunteers their place for the BBQ. It would be a totally "hands-off, don't lift a finger, just let us use your toilet" event for the host!

While I am happy to host the event at our house, I am afraid not everyone will be willing to drive out to Almonte... so I am hopeful that a generous volunteer will step forward - before our meeting this Monday.
