I have purchased 3 RE courses from WIA (Wealth Intelligence Academy). I am eligible to bring a partner to each one.

Each course is 3 days over a weekend -- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

I have taken 4 RE courses from this company in the past 3 or 4 months and they are uniformly good.

The three courses I will be taking in the fall are:
Asset Protection - Sept. 18-20 (how to set up the 3-tier corp, and how to administer it)
Property Management - Nov. 13-15 (the A-Z of finding good tenants and running a property)
Foreclosures/Rehab - Oct 2-4 (how to find and profit from foreclosures and fix-ups)

All of the courses are offered in Toronto.
Your cost to join me for any one of the courses is $1300.
