Dear Members (and expired membership as well)...

It appears that not everyone has received an invite to the OREIO BBQ. An e-vite was sent out last week from "My Punchbowl". If you did not receive an invite it means one of several things... 1) we do not have your current e-mail address; 2) your membership has expired and therefore we were not able to use your e-mail address; 3) something really weird and wonky has happened...

IF you did not receive an e-vite to the summer bbq, please send an e-mail to "membership@oreio.org" to verify the status of your membership account and confirm your e-mail address. Then the webmaster and speaker coordinator will work together to get you an e-vite... and in the meantime, please see the invite below!!

OREIO Members are invited to a summer barbecue for an evening of networking, good company and good food.

This year's event will be held at the home of one of our members, J.C. Lacasse, at 898 Beauchamp Ave. Orleans, rain or shine! Food will be catered by Dave Smiths Catering, so we do need a final head count by July 5th. Softdrinks will be provided - cash bar available. We typically have 50 - 60 members out to these summer networking events, so let's see if we can't beat those numbers this year!

Remember that there is a cost to OREIO to provide this barbecue to the members, so we need an accurate head count for the caterer. The cost is $20 per person and is covered by our dues. Should you sign up for this event and then not attend, you will be asked to make a donation of $20 to an OREIO sponsored charity. You may also bring ONE guest; however, we will need to charge guests $20. Please remember, you must RSVP by July 5th and that after that date, sadly, we cannot accommodate any changes
