I have a deal available to share with another investor. It is a Lease-to-Own property I am in the process of purchasing. A semi-detached house in Gatineau. The tenant-buyer is a professional mother of two, very excited to move in her first home and a great person to deal with. All the due diligence has been done (income, references, and credit). The due diligence for the property is in the process.

•The cash (or credit) required is $33,000
•I am paying 10% annual interest that can be paid monthly ($275) or yearly ($3,300)
•The capital will be returned after 12 to 24 months (the tenant-buyer has an Option to purchase the property after 12 to 24 months).
•I have good contracts in place, all reviewed by my experienced Notary (Real Estate Lawyer)
