Hi everyone,

DCR/Phoenix Homes are building a 6-storey building adjacent to my house and to three of my neighbours' houses. We have had countless difficulties with Phoenix. They recently tore up my neighbour's fence claiming that it encroached on their property line. As a result, one of my neighbours, Julie Marion, sent me the following email:

"Hi Doris, I was wondering if within your network you could find me someone reputable to conduct a legal land survey of my home property in the very short term. As you are well aware with Phoenix Homes building on the other side of my property line I do not want to rely on their own property line calculations in building a retaining wall.
