Jacobs comes from a long line of investors. His grandfather virtually owned the small town in Newfoundland in which he lived. Peter's father used a buy under market, renovate and hold” strategy to earn a significant income.

In 2006, after renovating his own home, Peter decided to use his skills to make money in the real estate market  specializing in Single Family Homes with investors. His goal was to provide turn‐key investment solutions that bring investors closer to their financial goals.

In three years he has completed over 2.4 million dollars worth of Real Estate transactions. He is a member of ORIEO as well as the Real Estate Investment Network of Canada.

His most recent project’ is partnering with Doris Belland to create Blue Ribbon Partnerships, a company dedicated to partnering with people for profits in Real Estate.

Peter graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Specialization in Computer Science and Mathematics and is currently working for the Defense Contractor, DRS. Responsible for designing and developing complex systems that test and emulate equipment that is used throughout the world

He has been married for eight years and has two little boys.
