Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization

So I'm having tenants move in shortly. I don't mind getting a call at 3am, but I'm not great at fixing stuff. Are there any 24 hour handymen type services that exist? Any recommendations?

I'm curious because I don't need the full property management suite of services.
