Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization

Hi folks,

It seems there are few sellers of coin-operated washers and dryers in Ottawa. My wife has called around, and has been referred to the same guy.

He charges $1,700 for a washer and dryer, and $175 per year for a service contract.

Can anyone tell us if this is a reasonable price to pay?
