Sponsoring an OREIO Meeting

The 2009/10 Executive Committee has decided to allow one or more companies to sponsor a monthly OREIO meeting. The cost to sponsor a meeting for a sole Sponsor is $395; for multiple Sponsors the cost is $195 per Sponsor.

This is an excellent win-win scenario for both the Sponsor(s) and our members.

The Benefits for the Sponsor(s) are as follows:

  • A targeted, captive Real Estate audience to network their products and services to.
  • An opportunity to set up a display table and/or booth for the duration of the meeting
  • The chance to speak directly with our members before the meeting, during the break and again at the end of the meeting
  • An opportunity to provide a 5-minute infomercial about their company during the meeting
  • A website link, their logo and a description of their offerings posted on the OREIO website for one year
  • Access to our members’ forum for 1 year (available only for sole Sponsors)

The Benefits for our Members are as follows:

  • The opportunity to learn about Canadian real estate deals, products and/or services which they may not otherwise know about
  • The chance to network with a Real Estate Professional
  • Provides them with a snack to accompany their coffee at the break

Prospective Sponsors must apply to the Executive via the Vice President, Steve Ott .They must provide the name of their company, the product and/or service that they offer, how long they have been in business and a summary of their real-estate related experience. If they are offering real estate deals, full details of the deals must be provided. All offerings must be about Canadian real estate only. All Sponsors must be approved by the Executive Committee and must sign a Sponsorship Contract indicating the nature and terms of the Agreement.
