This is a brief reminder that our next OREIO meeting will take place on Monday, November 9th at the Travelodge Hotel. Networking starts at 6:45 pm and the meeting starts promptly at 7 pm.

We've got two excellent speakers lined up for Monday. Our first speaker, Ken Beaton, will walk us through the details of how to evaluate and buy multiplexes. Ken will be using real life examples from his own portfolio to show us what he bought, what he chose to pass on and why. Ken, along with his wife Joanne, owns more than 100 doors so he's got a lot of experience from which to draw. If you have any interest in owning multiplexes, you'll definitely want to hear what Ken has to say.

Our second speaker is Peter Jacobs, a specialist in the single family domain. Over the last few years, Peter has built up a multimillion dollar portfolio mostly of single family properties. He will walk us through the details of some of his purchases and passes with an emphasis on practical, nitty-gritty details of what to look for and what to avoid. Peter has some great stories and advice to share. This type of information is invaluable if you're considering owning single family properties.

You won't want to miss an evening that promises to be packed with practical information and suggestions from two pros. So get lots of rest this weekend and we'll see you all Monday night!
