Hi folks,

I have a tenant who has developed a medical condition and can no longer walk. He said he needs a wheelchair ramp, though not insistent on getting one, I think he was just trying to see if I would provide one.

Has anyone had any experience with wheelchair ramps?
Is a landlord required to provide one?
