Hey everyone,
I have a three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse on Carling that I would like to rent-to-own or lease option. I have tenants in there now who want to break their lease and I said it would be ok if I found other tenants to fill the vacancy. I have talked to a few people about this strategy before and met a real estate agent who deals with this sort of thing and has a client list for people who want to rent to own. I have to find his card and give him a call but if anyone is knows people who are interested in lease optioning a really nice condo, please let me know.
