Dear real estate investors,

I wish to say a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2010. For myself I will spend priceless time with my girlfriend and our families, and plan my real estate objectives for 2010. This will involve updating my marketing plan for my real estate business and investments.

This year (2009) was a good year for me in terms of real estate acquisitions. I will have acquired two properties. Actually three rental investment properties in Ottawa in my first 14 months of real estate investing. However, things are looking even better for 2010. I'm working on the final negotiation for a duplex which is planned to close in early February 2010.

I wish everyone at OREIO a well deserved time off. Take time to relax, take care of yourself and your family in this joyous time of the year. Don't forget to laugh and smile - it's a great gift to give...
