I have a duplex under contract in Carleton Place that I plan to set up as a rent-to-own.
Preliminary calculations show an ROI of 15%/year for 4 years (the final figures will depend on the characteristics and needs of the tenant).

We have space for one more investor -- we're looking for $20k.
