This is a quick reminder that our Members' meeting will take place tomorrow, Monday January 8th at the Travelodge Hotel on Carling Ave. Join us at 6:45 pm for some networking before the meeting starts. We'll get going promptly at 7 pm as we have a great speaker lined up for you. Come here how Savannah Ross turned her life around using real estate and how she followed suit with her (very young) son. It is an inspiring story that will likely provide you with many ideas for your own investment business.

Feel free to bring a guest for what promises to be a great evening. Guests may attend for $20. If they choose to join OREIO within three months of the meeting they may use their fee towards the cost of a membership.

Also, the OREIO Executive have decided to lend a hand to the relief efforts in Haiti by holding a fundraiser on Monday night. We are hoping to have a member of the Red Cross on hand to take your donations and OREIO will match all funds donated up to a total of $500. Please note that our donations will be matched by the Canadian government thereby doubling our impact. Please come prepared to donate generously on Monday night to help a battered country get back on its feet. While we all strive to be successful real estate investors, it's important to give back to society whenever we can. This is a perfect opportunity.
