Just found out about a POS triplex deal that just expired off of MLS in Perth.
List price of $229,000. Fully tenanted, but no details on rental income. 2-2Br and 1-1Br
At that price it has to cashflow. I'm guessing if you make an offer it might just get accepted.
There's also a couple townhouses for sale at $149K. Would make great student housing for the upcoming expansion of the Algonquin college expansion in Perth.
I don't know if anyone is looking in Perth, but these appear to be good deals.
