Our next Members' Meeting is tonight at the Travelodge Hotel on Carling from 6:45 pm to roughly 9:30 pm. We've got another great evening lined up for you.

The first guest speaker will be Robert Dick, Co-owner of Neilcorp Homes, an Ottawa Valley builder with more than 18 years experience building new homes, new home developments and custom homes. Robert joined Neilcorp in 2002 and along with his partner, Doug MacIntosh, they moved into building small unique new home developments in Almonte and in other areas near Ottawa. Of course, they still also specialize in creating custom homes in and around Almonte and the Ottawa area.

Robert will share with OREIO members his experiences as a home developer and will walk us through the process that Neilcorp uses when choosing an area for development.

The second speaker of the evening will be Jennifer Harrop from Penmor Mortgage Capital Corporation, one of the leading commercial mortgage providers in Canada. Whether you are purchasing, developing or refinancing, their commercial mortgage professionals can arrange financing from $1 million to $60 million+, and higher loan amounts on term CMHC loans.
