Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization

Hey everyone,
I am moving to Toronto this summer to continue my education and was looking to buy a multi-unit and live in the one of the units. It has to be close to the University of Toronto or on the subway line. I was hoping someone has had experience in Toronto and could shed some light on the market or if someone invests there to give me some advice.
