Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization

Hey everyone,
I somehow got on the mailing list of Home Owner Soon. The deals they are throwing my way seem unbelievable with cashflows of $500-$800/month with 5% down. Has anyone used this company before and could they recommend them? Or, on the other hand has someone had bad experiences with them?
Any info would be appreciated.
