Hello,
I am looking for a way to find out if the has been a grow-op in a property my partner and I are interested in. The property is a bankruptcy and there is plenty of mould to be had. The value on the property is there if it hasn't had illeagal activity and so i am wondering how I could go about finding out that information. I am in Gatineau and I have already tried the police and gotten the response that they do not disclose information on properties. If anyone knows any other ways to find this information it would be very appreciated.
