Hey Everyone,

Hope all is well in your investment & personal world!

I have a question about Sandwich Lease Options in QC.

I know how a SLO works but in Quebec because of Regie du Logement you require a numbered form for a Lease so that means there must be a lease signed between myself and the home owners as well as the myself and the tenant buyers. I also know there is a rule where you must disclose the rent so will i need to disclose what rent I'm paying for with the current owner?

Also anyone who has experience with SLO's in QC can you please shoot me an email with any tips that i should know
