This is a reminder that our next OREIO meeting will take place tonight at the Travelodge Hotel on Carling Ave. Networking starts at 6:45 pm and the meeting begins at 7 pm. Come early to network with your peers and other real estate professionals.

We've got a great meeting lined up for tonight. First we'll hear from Paul Blacquiere of Spirepoint Properties on how to go about renovating an investment property: what to do, what not to do, the pitfalls to watch out for and where you get the biggest return for your investment. This is critical information for every investor.

Then we will be electing a new Executive and voting on our first ever By-Laws! Please go to the OREIO website to read the By-Laws prior to the meeting. They can be found in the Members Only section. Click on Member Documents and you will see them there. You will also see a copy of the Executive Handbook - a How-To document that we created for incoming Executive Members.
