Hello Everyone,

I have a college who is moving to Ottawa from San Jose California for work purposes and needs a place to live for the next year.

Here are her requirements

"I am looking for a place that is $2,000 or less a month that will
accept 2 dogs and a cat. I would prefer an area that I can walk around
with my dogs and is near trails/greenspace. So I prefer a townhouse or
a de-attached single family house/bungalow with a garage (can be
attached or de-attached) and a fenced backyard. Also, something that
is less than 30mins to drive to work (30min from this postal code K1S 1N4)
I can move in by Mid June the earliest and Aug 1 is the latest."
