We are offering two investment opportunities for a Rent To Own Deal that we just put into place on a property in a quickly growing area of Kanata called Morgan's Grant. This deal involves strong returns with Tenant Buyers who are the best we've seen yet. Jeff and Barb G. used to own their own home however they were forced to sell it when their youngest child was diagnosed with autism and required very expensive therapy. Six years later, their son is doing very well and no longer requires therapy. Jeff and Barb are once again eager to own their own home. Their combined income is $140,000 and their credit issues are minimal so they can easily afford the monthly payments.

First of all, we are looking for a Joint Venture partner. This is a hands-off investment; our JV partner(s) need only qualify for a mortgage and provide the funds to close the deal. We do everything else including finding, structuring, executing and managing the deal. Here are the numbers:
