Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization

Looking for some advice to a possibly weird sort of question. I'm looking at switching careers after working in an administrative job at a bank for nearly 20yrs. I currently own 7 building (23 doors) for a decade now and have significant experience in finding, financing, rehabbing and managing my own properties. My properties fall a little short of financing my needs so I still need to work a day job for a few more years. I'm thinking of moving into real estate full time but aside from being a real estate agent, I'm drawing a blank at possible "careers." Does anyone have any insight into what sort of route I should be looking for?
