We have just secured another Rent To Own Property and we have a second mortgage opportunity available for this deal. The Tenant Buyers in this case were already qualified to buy a home when their down payment was required for their business. They have excellent credit profiles and have been involved in their business industry for ten years. They earn $120,000 per year so have a strong income to easily afford the home that we have just purchased for them. They have signed a 3 year deal but they fully expect to be in a position to purchase their home after 2 years.

We will be placing a second mortgage on this property (for a total of 90% LTV). The total amount of the investment is $38,000 and we are offering 10% interest. We are happy to use either RRSP funds or non-RRSP funds.
