Recommend a real estate agent?

I'm looking to get started in RE with a four-plex somewhere in the downtown area (ie, between Westboro and Vanier).

Can anyone recommend a real estate agent who deals in that size of property?

I will let the RE agents respond for themselves.

I have heard of a 4 plex on Bayswater that is coming up for sale. Rents of $800, $815, $1000 and $800 and he is asking $600K. (personally I think that it too high for the amount of rents of $3415 - but Ottawa is not a logical market for rentals)
