Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization

Pretty basic, I have a client purchasing a rental (multi-unit) in Smiths Falls.

He is in need of a local (or at least nearer than he is in Ottawa) to manage the property.

Anyone have any highly recommended companies/individuals?
