I have sold a 4-plex I own in Chinatown, and the new owners required that I evict one of the tenants so that they can move in.
All perfectly legal, so no problem there.

The problem is that the tenants are having difficulty finding a suitable place to move to.
They have to find a new apartment for September 1st, so they are getting worried.

I realize that I am under no obligation, but I do feel badly for this young couple, and I am hoping an OREIO member might have a suitable rental unit for them.

As I mentioned, they are a young couple, and they have been good tenants, always paying their rent on time. They would like to continue to live in the Booth and Somerset area. They would like a unit with one or two bedrooms. They were paying me $765, and they would prefer to stay in that price range.
