I have signed up for a course that teaches CANADIANS How to buy real estate in the United States.

The course covers what you need to know to buy US properties from within Canada. It covers things like legal structures, avoiding Capital Gains tax legally, finding properties, etc.

It is being held here in OTTAWA by a local person that has been doing this for several years and is now teaching other Canadians how to do it. The course is Friday Aug 13th, 14th, 15th.

The course cost me $2000 and I can bring UP TO 3 guests.
1 other person - $1000 each
2 others means $700 ish each
3 others means $500 each - $500 is a steal for 3 days of information!!

Even if you are not planning on investing in the United States you will learn enough general information about investing in real estate (like evaluating deals, building your team,etc) that it is worth it.
