We are planning on carrying out some major renovation on one of our units thus need to move the current tenant out.

The tenant is quite co-operate with us and willing to move out anytime. He is a quiet and shy guy does not like to talk much with strangers so is having a little trouble getting himself a place he really likes (he only wants to live by himself).

We are doing our best to help him find a good place.

He is currently on ODSP. During the year with us he always pays rent on time. We haven't had any issues with him. He would like to find a place in center Ottawa or Vanier. He is willing to pay around 600 dollars per month for the unit.
