We have another deal available and this one is unique in our experience. Most of our deals are larger and longer, making it a bit more challenging for potential investment partners to qualify. The deal we're releasing today is small and short.

We have accepted a young couple for a maximum purchase of $205,000 and a two-year term. They have given us a very strong deposit of $18,000. They are looking to buy in Carleton Place and we have already verified the appreciation rates for the zone that they've chosen.

We have a second mortgage investor for this deal so the only investment portion remaining is that of Joint Venture partner. The investment amount is $24,225 and the projected annual returns are 16.5%.
