Change in Bank Rules

Hi fellow investors. Just a note it appears we will have another fun year financing rentals. We just had two lenders completely remove all stated income programs and one lender remove all rental products.

I expect many more to follow.

Things like this can change very quickly and without notice. If you are sitting on the fence about any refinancing get them underway right now.

Street Capital gave no notice and it was effective immediately. All pending rental applications where canceled.

Firstline removed all stated income, and welcome to Canada programs as well other changes.

New City of Ottawa online services

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd post this cool new service site the city
just released. You can do things like:

* pay parking tickets
* report graffiti (on public and private property)
* report road maintenance issues
* report missed garbage pickup (good for when
you're doing lots of renos! :)
and more

All without having to phone the city or wait in line.
Over time, I'm sure they'll come up with even more
new services that can be managed online.

Any realtor recommendation for executive home in Chelsea

Hi,

My colleagues own an executive property in Chelsea that has been sitting in the market for a few months. It was appraised at $849,000 and it's listed at $700,000. The realtor does not appear to market it very well.

Does anyone have recommendation for the Chelsea realtor that can do a better job?

Thanks,
L Lee
