We just sent out an email to all current members in regards to the new Rental Housing and Pest Management by-laws which come into effect August 31st. Included in the email is a recommended prioritization of what to begin with, videos on the new by-laws, city templates and more important the EOLO/OREIO templates. The EOLO/OREIO templates are designed to make it easier and better coverage for you than the city's. But it is your choice.
