Hi all,

My wife and I just moved here (I grew up in Ottawa and left in 2005). We originally bought property to build on downtown, and ran into financing issues for the build. Now we're stuck with $100,000 but no place to live (for now). We expect to be in a better situation for construction financing in a few years, so we want to buy a townhouse to live in for a few years and then either sell or rent it out.

We have three properties right now across the country, so in terms of debt servicing can't borrow much more (hence the $220,000 ish price limit).

If any of you have any properties in that price range that you'd like to sell off the market, let me know. We're looking for something South Keys area, Tanglewood/Centrepoint or near Stittsville. My wife is a self-employed craniosacral therapist and is building her business while I am in school, so we would like to be near one of her two clinic spaces. One is off of Hazeldean and the other is off of Collonade in Nepean.

Any help would be appreciated. We're in a pretty bad rental situation right now, and would rather be paying a mortgage than rent.
