If you are not a member of OREIO yet, you can still attend an event! Guest / Visitor passes can be purchased on an event by event basis. Each guest pass is $25 if registered and paid for online or, $30 if purchased at the door. Passes are non-refundable.

OREIO is a not-for profit organization run by volunteers. There are no high pressure sales tactics. OREIO is not selling anything (except for our $127/year membership and guest passes) however, we usually have a sponsor at the event.

You will find an accepting environment for anyone in attendance. You don't need to know anything about real estate to attend or join. All you need to do is register and come to the event(s).

Registration & check-in typically starts at 6:30 PM (check the event listing). We bring in a speaker for most events. There is a networking period as well as other various segments where ORIEO members get involved. This includes OREIO members sharing deals and accomplishments.
