  • Active OREIO members are invited to attend to our regular meetings. Meetings are included in your membership. Visitors are able to attend a single meeting by purchasing a visitor pass.

The upcoming November 8 meeting is called "Tales from the Trenches and Ask the Experts"

We have a panel of experts which includes an attorney, mortgage broker, a real estate developer, and a commercial agent. There is no real estate topic we won't help with. However, we can't deal with hundreds of questions. If you have a topic you would like us to address, please send an email to membership@oreio.org by  November 1. We will select 5 of the top questions and the panel of experts will come to the meeting prepared to answer those questions.

The doors open at 6:30 and the meeting starts promptly at 7:00. Come out early and network with your fellow real estate investors.

Here are some sample question ideas::

  • My banker says that the home I'm purchasing was a former drug grow-op. I can't get mortgage insurance. What should I do?
  • I'm buying a property that used to have environmental contamination, but the seller says the contamination was remediated and can produce a letter to prove it. What is my risk?
