Andy Tran is THE expert at adding legal secondary suites in Ontario. Andy founded Suite Additions after seeing opportunities to improve our cities through intensification strategies such as adding secondary suites. 

Andy loves houses and is a registered house designer, investor and developer. He holds a degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson University in Toronto.

Andy is going to teach us how to navigate this world of secondary suites, and ultimately increase your property's value with legal second suites.

Event Registration

Event check-in and networking begins at 6:30 PM. The event starts at 7:00 PM. Event registration must be completed prior to the event at https://www.oreio.org/events

Guest/visitor passes are $25 if purchased on the OREIO website in advance or $30 at the door. Annual memberships are only available for purchase on the OREIO website.
